For Women by Women (FWBW) is an educational platform where the focus is the sharing of knowledge and experiences by professionals from various industries. The initiative was born out of a dream and the willingness to help and inspire the next generation. The operations are led by the Founder and Director with the support of 2 Directors and Event’s and Social Media Manager and volunteers from various backgrounds and professions residing in Guinea-Bissau, Portugal, the United Kingdom and the United States of America. Through practical skills-based education and professional guidance and support, FWBW offers hands-on experience guided by knowledgeable workshops, masterclasses, job fairs and conferences.
